From Briefing.com: Bay Networks Inc. (BAY) 26 11/16: computer networking concern to buy 1.33 mln shares of NetSpeak (NSPK 27 1/8) for $37.6 mln; the two companies plan voice and fax-over IP solutions..... Anybody heard of NetSpeak?
