Frank - New subject: Is the new $10,000,000 private placement posted on your internet site meant to be INSTEAD OF the bridge financing arangement that DCI Telecom was reportedly working on with RANA? Another question: How many shares are envisioned in the upcoming IPO that is meant to provide $100,000,000 for FNET at $10 to $15 per share? Respectfully, Sam Osborn, Shareholder and Supporter
