Jay Hay fever is an autoimmune disease. Get Jacks D3 tested along with a PTH test. Get his up D3 to 130 to 200. PTH high is good. Below 20 stop taking D3. If you have one autoimmune disease you are most likely to have 7 more during your life span. Much better to have a cold than autoimmune disease.
