That Ryan presentation was interesting. We're not seeing enough of that.

I thought it was interesting when he said that they could not legally tell us what administrative options they might exercise to supplement this legislation. One of the things that bothered me was that there seemed to be some notion that the cost of insurance would come down but I couldn't see how. If there's a package of other stuff that would accomplish that, that changes the picture.
