Some were made better off and some became worse off.

Give some examples of how they were made worse off and let's examine the extent to which this worsening is an acceptable trade off in exchange for 20M+ additional people, who had no insurance at all before ACA, now have it.

And let's examine the degree to which the ACA would have insured even more people if republicans in Washington and at states would have cooperated rather than opposed the implementation of the law.

And let's not forget the process of improving the law, which republicans have refused to do, despite the fact that many of the provisions of the law are now present in the "replacement" they have put forth.

I think these are worth a little discussion, yes?
