Your kidding right Nuclear crystals......Private land owners have next to no rights. Governments at all levels control what can and can't happen on your property. Your team has caused 95% of the troubles you are now experiencing vby being poor caretakers of the project and portraying you are ramming it down the citizens throats.I can assure you the citizens have some great coucil behind them and ideas to fend off any threat the real Bruce Duncan throws at them.......Grenville residents are going to be putting themselves into the national spot light by their standing up to bullies.

The only decision that is being made by CPTAQ is regarding a zoning change from agriculture to other uses such as mining. CPTAQ is not making a decision on mining permits, it isn't their role.

Le Gris has his followers believing the coming meeting has something to do with approving mine permits, no sir, it is strictly on a zoning change and the studies are already in hand that indicate the land being considered for the zoning change is not suitable for agriculture whatsoever.

Le Gris and council have to be very careful that they do not usurp the rights of the private land owner through their conduct related to this file. The land owner has money and a monetary interest in land use within his property and if that is negatively impacted .......... he has 100% legal recourse against those parties.

The mining permits are under the purview of other branches within government which have nothing to do with CPTAQ. Since the rights are grandfathered and since the land is private and since the land owner and Canada Carbon have agreements in place, there is no stopping this mine.

It's rather shocking ............ the studies are available to view and they are in French, yet these people still remain uninformed and/or ill-informed on what CPTAQ is charged with and the only thing council has in front of them to make decisions o
