On a quick calculation that's about $2.7 per share or $5.5 per ADR which I guess is slightly better than they have been trading at for the last few months. However as a shareholder that seems to me to be a poor offer as I consider LBMS to be undervalued lately. I'll wait until I receive the full details of the offer and for any justification but my feeling is to vote against.
