I suspect now that KLAC is part of the S&P 500; and possibly may have been most below its 52 week high for that index (when it was 33), probably helps it gain lots of attention.

Do you think AMAT is going to have a product shortly? It's been a year or more since their acquistions. I've been waiting for them to drop a "shoe", so to speak.
