So you want the whole country to be as dysfunctional as the VA. Brilliant.

A perfect example I use for anyone that wants to engage me in how the govt can fix anything, I point out how successful the DONOTCALL list is.....

Conversation ends at that point the majority of the time, other than the few who says "well, we just haven't thrown enough money at it" or "we just haven't got the right people yet"....
