Why the surprise at the forecast stagnation ? Analysts have been upgrading over the last few quarters. For now, given that the company is talking down expectations, at least on the revenue front, and giving warnings on the demand front due to their exposure in S Korea, Japan, South East Asia and Brazil, no analyst is going to be silly enough to upgrade ahead of earnings release IMHO
