This is a Republican idea that has worked -----working at home. It particularly works well
for families who don't want to put their children into 'day care' after school hours, A child in
day care after school is spending almost the full day under the control of the government.

Then, in the case of older people the care givers can be not honorable. For example putting the drugs prescribed and not prescribed in the older person's drinks milk , juice
or the food they eat. Or stealing the money they need to live on. This is of course criminal
