Traditional Indian medicine. Most native people can identify it or Google it. Found in wet or marsh areas. Harvest early spring till August.
My mother being Native we grew up with traditional medicines and wild food harvesting.

Abundance of good healthy edible wild food out there. Naturally grown, with no chemical fertilizers if you know what to look for.
