Too risky to buy. Why not buy ORCL or ASND? At least they are still making money and may have stabilized. I hope NSCP can survive and be properous, but I think the Big Guys are trying to coerce us Little Guys into buying their problem (stock). That's why their "cuts" in recommendations are only from a strong buy to buy. Better be careful. Maybe it can still be traded if you are nimble enough. Also, often times the "warning" given by companies ends up being too optimistic so investors often get hit hard when the actual earnings are announced. I once owned SYBS and saw it drop in half and recover almost all its loss due to optimistic forcasts then drop 75%. Luckily I sold when it recovered and only lost 5 or 10%. Is this situation with NSCP v. MSFT any different than SYBS vs ORCL? Any comments appreciated.

Good Luck. JMO.
