Believe more good news will flow during this quarter and we will be out of the absolute bargain basement up to the first floor before too many moons pass. Penthouse by 1999?? Maybe! IMO, it's a buy before the real momentum begins to take hold. First line of paragraph 2 and last line of paragraph 3 should give us some major encouragement on things to come, on this one item alone.
