ROBERT N. DANGREMOND

Robert Dangremond specializes in operational turnarounds, refinancings, divestitures and working
capital management in underperforming companies. Bob is well known for his work in developing and
implementing corporate restructurings, refinancings and divestiture initiatives particularly for large
manufacturing and service industry companies. He has served as Chairman, CEO, President, CFO, and
Treasurer of multi-national corporations to guide them through out-of-court restructurings, and Chapter
11 reorganizations. He is recognized for his skills in identifying critical issues in lender negotiations and
defining successful negotiating strategies while motivating and leading the management of
underperforming companies back to profitability. He has significant restructuring experience in large
corporations with international operations.

During his 28 year career, he has held the positions of Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Leach
& Garner Company, a two billion dollar diversified manufacturing and trading company, and Vice
President of The Chase Manhattan Bank where he worked with a large variety of multi-national and
highly leveraged corporations.

Bob has been directly involved in debt negotiations with diverse lender groups for a wide range of
private and public corporations. He has worked with clients' management teams to prepare and
implement restructuring plans.

Bob has been a speaker at professional conferences and has lectured on numerous financial topics
throughout the United States, Europe and the Middle East.
