Why doesn't Henry's Law say anything about atmospheric CO2 level being the driver of CO2 into the ocean? According to you it should. You say if you nudge atmospheric CO2 up a bit, it will force CO2 into the ocean regardless of temperature.

The oceans are far from being saturated! What is the level at which the ocean is saturated? Me, I think the saturation level is the line on the above chart. You don't.
