IT spending to increase in 1998 according to latest survey. NC computer on 36% of respondents minds compared to 26% in last survey. That is up by 10%. Read on..... techweb.cmp.com NT 5.0 also on the hit list among 50%+. That could imply increased sales of Oracle DBMS for this platform. V.K
