Well, I'd rather have it than Obamacare, but from what I've seen there are lots of improvements that could be made.

Skinowski questioned a long time ago the concept of egalitarianism in health care and I have come to believe his suggestion was correct; it may be time to consider some alternatives to it.

You cannot leave these 25 million people on Medicaid as we know it.
