We all pay a tremendous amount of money out of pocket to subsidize uninsured free-loaders.

As do I, thanks to the disgusting changes in the system and the insurance idiocies promulgated by the nanny state and its "caring" Establishment cronies, most of whom love the CPI games played by the BLS to make the costs falsely appear lower by about half... way more than anything that Trump might do.
