Fair enough...everyone reads charts differently and chartists for sure have specific charts for specific purposes. I don't take those small breaches of the keltner upper band as too significant in that chart. You are right that there were very few other breaches of the upper band.... but it seems to me larger breaches occurred of the lower band and those sort of indicated reversal from bear to bull. I just don't see it here. Perhaps you are right in your observation.... time will tell.
