I don't claim to be a fortune teller :) But I am not doing what you have once said that charting is looking in the rearview mirror. I definitely try to extrapolate a trend or predict a change... nothing voodoo or magic about it. I have assembled tools that I use that from the research I have done over the years have worked in the past.

My batting average is pretty good but I make mistakes at times.

Oh, look, by the way, new highs for the markets today... I'm glad...
YES.... as I see today at this time S&P 500 is up 23.7 (+0.98%), DJI is up 132.3 (+0.62%) and the RUT is up 23.1 (+1.7%) with 30minutes to close.

Not a bearish move at all..... though I guess the Fed announcements come after markets close so that could put a damper on things I suppose , but so far investors appear bullish.
