XIV closed at 71.25.

I'd say it's very close to stalling.. Whether at the 72 ish area of the 77=% UP?

To the flip side.. HMMMM I wouldn't be surprised to see 48.60 ish = % down?

Over time I can also see lower to areas that can clearly be seen where the support was 2014-2016. Just saying. FINTAS
