I'm sure you could say the same about the due diligence from the partners of Catalina (now Delta V- sounds like a galaxy on Star Trek)except they took $8.4MM of cold hard cash) and options to buy 100,000 shares at $89.50( pre split). I bet you that they are sure glad they took cash instead of stock @ 44.75! Some further thoughts on this deal. I guess PRST's cash must be getting awfully tight to do a $2.4MM deal all in stock. $2.4MM doesn't seem like a whole lot for a company that has been in business for 20 years.
