Simms cannot be happy with what is happening, esp given the fact Shawn Willard is from same company as Simms, Black & Co., wherein Willard effectively (justifiably) publicly attacked TMSRs corporate finance naievete. Assuming Simms is in the same camp as Willard, he should be on TMSRs Board. Companies with no story, no performance, no growth 1) also trade few shares and 2) are unable to pull off an IPO/Secondary offering...just like TMSR.
