It's about time, in my opinion, that the ridiculous cost of drugs gets on the chopping block. For two decades Congress has been cutting payments to hospitals and Drs, who have no negotiating power. That means that hospitals and medical clinics have pretty much frozen salaries to their employees for the past 20 years, while pharmaceutical companies (and health insurance companies, and various other middlemen like "pharmacy benefit managers") have gotten all kinds of goodies. How? Lobbying. They've stuffed the pockets of every political candidate, and reaped the rewards.

So glad to see Trump really plans to take them on.
