So Trump and Republicans are going to cut $800 billion out of Medicaid and give $803 billion to the very rich.

That $800 billion not only would ensure millions of people and give them better health and prevent many people from dying, they would create tens of thousands of jobs, maybe millions of jobs.

When you give the $800 billion to the very rich, there is no way of guaranteeing that that is going to translate into jobs in the states that are losing the Medicaid so that they can get a job to get the healthcare.
