Peak Positioning Technologies (PKK-Cse) March 17, '17 has established a new fintech subsidiary in Shanghai. The subsidiary named Asia Synergy Data Solutions (ASDS) will operate a platform that uses data analysis and proprietary technology to facilitate credit and lending transactions between China's financial institutions and its more-than-50-million small- and medium-sized businesses. The platform in question and its related proprietary technology are expected to be licensed to ASDS by the company as a result of an agreement to be concluded between the company and the platform's developer. The company plans to provide an overview of ASDS's business and revenue model in the coming weeks and at the coming Global Chinese Financial Forum hosted by NAI Interactive Ltd., which will take place in Vancouver on April 22.
