No, they may or may not work. But I do, too -- and I certainly have worked more than 5 hours a month to pay for health insurance over the years. So, it is not clear to me why others can't do the same.

I've worked a LOT of 60 hour, and longer, weeks in my life. And paying for insurance has been part of that since 1980, the time at which I became self employed.

I don't support giving away health coverage unless someone is unable to work. But I don't support giving away ANY benefits when someone is able to work. IMO, it is NEVER good public policy. If a person cannot work it is a different thing.
