unchained 88 year panic cycle investigation (thanks to lunatic). 88 is also 5 x the 17.6 year cycle. some hits; still looking: 1796 -> 1884 1819 -> 1907 1794 -> 1882 (france) 1921-> 2009 (depression; recession) 1901 -> 1989 (panic; plungette) 1929 -> 2017 fits well into my view of a major high and crash coming this year. oddly, 9/5/17 is my latest date for a high, though we might have a warning shot or two along the way.
