Yes, absolutely, I fully agree, that's what they say and it's very likely to be the case again this time... but, I do follow my signals and I will buy when the buy signal appears, I'm always watching for the next signal and they always appear at the right time... it's simply a matter of discipline... and it's also better than trying to guess and hope...
