Lol...my CEO (the one you are accusing of abusing H1Bs) is in that picture as he is very interested in how to improve the training of American workers and how to increase the supply of talented tech workers available to his company. Of course, he will also take highly talented H1Bs and pay big bucks for them if they are available. And yes the job market still is very tight for experienced tech workers in the US...
