All the fundamentals are right in our opinion for this stock to make its
move, management and strong ability to access financing and growth potential
at such a low market price. I have had a number of telephone conversations
with DAN MASTER'S over the last number of days and the Business Plan is on
target for
1998. The previous announcement of an aquisition of an Automotive
Chain, with 20 million in revenue, Mr.Master's expects to increase the
Revenues to at least 30 million in the first year alone. Also Mr. Master's
is expected to make an announcement concerning their due diligence on
the purchase of a 218 food retail chain during January month. There will
be at least 3 Major announcements on this Company during the month of
January 1998. The good News I have been holding back for sometime is
that the Company is so Confident of achieving its Business Plan, that
Company Lawyers are preparing the first documents necessary for a Small
Cap Listing on the NASDAQ. This should be an indicator to our subscribers
where Company Management thinks the stock price is going in the next 4-5
