Now that giant ATT is in the picture -- with other giants to follow, I believe AOL, Prodigy, Netcom, etc are going to become dinosaurs. Anyone who would invest in these is making a bad decision: it would be like investing in horse carriages after the Model-T came to market.

I agree that the Motley Fool area of AOL is lacking; it's a gimmick and doesn't appeal to serious silicon investors. I jsut read that they get a 60-cent per hour commision when anyone clicks onto their AOL site. That tell you who the REAL fools are!
