They say (in the article):

"There is no question that increased levels of greenhouse gases must cause the Earth to warm in response."


How do we know the above is a true statement? You cannot infer it to be true from the claim that the Earth is warming. We know there are some physical events that can mitigate the warming.

Are they saying this is "settled science" because they THINK it "must case the Earth to warm"? Precisely how did they prove this to be true that it makes the Earth warmer?

Now, you may think I'm just being confrontational here. But I seriously don't understand on what basis this conclusion is being drawn. Is there REAL proof of it? Or is someone making a giant leap that there SHOULD be warming, there IS warming, hence Co2 caused it?
