It’s been an HPE partner for over 15 years and came with it into the NFV market where it is now putting its latest technique - Accelerated Switching And Packet Processing (ASAPsquared) - to work. Erez says ASAPsquared has set a new record of 126 million packets processed in a second. That’s almost a full line-rate for 100Gbit/s. For NFV Erez says the technology can turbocharge VNFs by accelerating server performance without using up CPU cycles.
