Charging cars is not permanent. One is charged and another's one comes along, and another,, I have a welding job to do, that's finished and another comes along and another, , car needs gas,, hang up the hose and another comes along. Hang her up yup.
Halo a fine idea,, but getting it to work practically, safely ,,economically ,,in a world of concrete parking structures ,, concrete sidewalks , curbs paved parking lots already in place a no go ,, run the numbers on labor.
Last year I ran a gas line out to my shed. I rented a Hilti to bore one inch hole thru concrete wall ..$125 for a 15 minute job.
Charging station for Leaf cost me $ 1000.00 on Amazon ..$100 for wire.. Airenvironment,, now around $700 , you start tallying up the costs of installing Halo .. SAFELY.. Cables sunk in floor, cost for concrete slicing, finishing , wire ,, tying in to panel,, and no doubt... my cost beats yours by factor 3 or better and you end up with permanent carbuncle on floor,, unusable space when not in use.
Boot full of cable .. Lol |
