Very clearly, the current scam law is a failure, it should never have been passed... definitely, and I agree with you, it's very complicated, but less government and more private involvement would likely help to resolve this issue more quickly... big government creates problems and then they pretend to be the good guys and try to solve the very problems they created in the first place... who are they kidding??? It's a joke, and you and I always pay for their mistakes... I can guarantee you, if those elected Washington clowns were also under obamacare, then they wouldn't have passed it... they pass laws for you and me, but they exempt themselves... who the hell do they think they are, royalty??? Not in my book, they're anything but royalty, they're supposed to be working for us, they're our employees... GZ
