Me thinks SVI.V may be a good long term buy. Growing steadily, Owned by the same parent company of Sutton Reality. Canada,s largest Realtor with 8000+ sales people. Proven business back ground and the Storage facilities go hand in hand with the real estate business.

So many times people sell their home and need storage before getting settled in new quarters. A recommendation by Realtor as to the location and quality of their sister company's temporary storage. Is a great business generator.
