Not sure but probably safe until the yield curve flattens out then watch out 12-18 months beyond? Probably need higher oil prices as well? Something to ponder if the fed was much easier on monetary policy last cycle and kept fed funds near where it is now till say March 2007 could we have had the collapse of 2008?
