Congress voted to repeal Obamacare Jan 2016. Obama vetoed it. They should just reintroduce that bill. Problem solved. Republicans h/b running against Obamacare since 2009. They were given the House and Senate on promises to repeal it. I'm pretty sure if they don't simply repeal it, we'll be looking at Maj. Leader Schumer in 2019.
