yeah... well congrats to you and your regime.... I have not given up yet... by a long shot but I have tried weaning myself off carbs...especially bread and I rarely eat pasta but I don't have the stamina/support to stay the course and I sabotage myself in the process.

Now I am paying for the problem with eye and foot problems.... I will beat it though... I am on the right course now for years I was not. Since I see a probable success on the horizon I am not about to change and start all over again.
