There's no obvious sign of trouble ahead, but the stock always seems to hold a surprise or two. This guy has offered consistent and worthwhile analysis for years -- warning of volatility, but always seeing long-term potential -- Consistent with the company's publicly-discussed NASDAQ plans at $10/shr, I'm expecting a 1-for-3 reverse split at some approaching point. ___________________________________ Structured Alpha has continued to front a lot of cash to Prometic at non-punitive -- some would say generous -- terms. From that, my inference is positive but we're still in a waiting game. Financials won't reflect the anticipated outcomes for years -- but if there's a blockbuster announcement or two in that time, Prometic's share price will stay ahead of quarterlies. We'll see. Jim
