I worked every summer vacation time in factories to earn my money to buy the books etc. as needed at the Technical University to earn my M.Sc.EE. Yes, as a member of the unions as well, because back then in Denmark - I lived there for 21 years - it was compulsory to be 'organized' as a member of the workers union to be allowed to work even weeks or months producing ovens and refrigerators at that factory. So, don't come up with any stuff like that while believing that being just unique to poor you :) A buddy of mine working at the sheet metal bending machine got all 8 fingers except for his thumbs and a piece of his index fingers cut off. He still went on to become a very good architect and learned how to hold the pen between what was left on his hand. /Taro
