The huffington post is a far left wing fake news rag... as soon as I saw that link I immediately realized what you were linking... but still, it could be true, but I cannot accept anything that fake news outlet claims... they've made way too many false reports that have since been debunked... There may be odd stories on that issue but probably no more than those cases you said were rare as you mentioned regarding our Canadian friend who needed immediate surgery... we could always find some exceptions and claim them to be typical... we have to be cautious on making false claims about thing we have no real info about... GZ
