the developments in the world occur way to rapidly for me to know what is going to happen 13 years out. this is what happened to crude in the several years after 1984 to 1987... that was a big run up the mountain to $41.00 which was basically the double top of the price advance from $3 in 1972 up to $40 in 1980.
