I don't understand your Windows 10 problem on a Toshiba Laptop. I use a "Toshiba 15.6" Satellite C855-S5233 laptop PC with Intel Celeron B820 Processor" running Windows 10. I bot this machine at Walmart back in August 2012, because it was cheap! It came with Windows 7 and I upgraded it back when they started distributing Windows 10.
It's never given me a problem other than some software glitches along the way. The battery isn't good for more that about 90 minutes, but I don't care about that. It's been a good machine for the money.... slow, but reliable.
