Well your stock market seemed to bottom end of 2015 so not surprise your tenant started feeling better of late. I see same thing in states regarding the wealthy in any part of the cycle vs tenant living month to month with no equity or savings. I can't imagine dealing with the tenant pool the next downturn here in the states. Is bad enough dealing with their disfunctions when times are good. Am blessed have about an 85% success rate this latest cycle upswing past five years but when they are bad it ends up real bad.. But many good ones also struggle with rising costs and latest housing bubble squeezing any who have to move or deal with large corporate landlords. Believe rents up about 30-50% from 2011 levels now. Healthcare has tripled. No inflation here...
