My last post on TRIBY's Selfcare deal -- I promise.

After figuring out the details, and factoring in all of the Selfcare Trinity owns, both subject to lawsuits and otherwise, it appears that there are 3 cases:

1) Trinity/Enviromed win their lawsuit against Selfcare. Trinity will end up owning 350,000 SLF shares with a cost basis of about $2.30.

2) Trinity/Enviromed lose the lawsuit and the price of Selfcare stock stays above $8.40. Trinity will end up owning 97,000 SLF shares with a cost basis of about $8.40.

3) Trinity/Enviromed lose the lawsuit and the price of Selfcare stock drops below $8.40. Trinity will end up owning 176,000 SLF shares with a cost basis of about $8.40.

Notice that Trinity can make money on this deal even if they lose the lawsuit, if SLF manages to stay above its IPO price.
