Slashing a man's face with a knife is already pretty violent and unhinged. Not a Prep School activity, but obviously something motivated by his things going on in his life. After his release from prison it's obvious his behavior became even more unstable. Teaching English in Saudi Arabia, if that's what he was actually doing there, is was probably one of the least unstable things he did after that point. England may want to consider preventing their citizens from traveling to Saudi Arabia. A better idea might be looking into what's going on inside Britain's prison system where people with problems come out as perfected, violent criminals.
