The English press has obviously suppressed the photos of the American Doctor tending to 14 injured people on Westminster Bridge to avoid the appearance that medical services in the UK would have collapsed without the assistance of Doctors from other countries around the world.

Even more telling is the lack of photos showing the Muslim Doctors from Pakistan and India responding to aid the injured. Where are those photos?

Off duty Doctor, Dr Jeeves Wijesuriya, one of the first Doctors to respond. He's clearly seen in this televised picture wearing the white shirt, but the British press didn't identify him by name to keep England's racists happy.
